Turn your organisation's knowledge into AI-enabled learning.
From source material to a governed, LMS-ready course in hours rather than weeks. Every generated claim stays connected to its source.
Knowledge in. Governed learning out.
Your source material goes through a learning agent swarm — understand, design and build — with human review in the loop. What comes out is a full course in the LMS you already run, plus coaching and intelligence grounded in the same approved material.
How Kre8AI turns knowledge into learning
Your source material — policies and SOPs, manuals, presentations, SME recordings and compliance frameworks — is drawn into a learning agent swarm. Understand reads and grounds itself in what you uploaded. Design structures the objectives, the journey and the assessments. Build writes the course, ready for your LMS.
Human review and governance stay in the loop. Nothing publishes until a person lets it through, and every stage retrieves from your source material and writes only from what it retrieved. What goes live is a full learning experience in the LMS you already run, with a grounded AI coach and learning intelligence on top of the same approved material.
Your organisation already has the knowledge. The problem is turning it into learning.
What your people need to know usually exists already. It lives in policy documents, standard operating procedures, product manuals, compliance frameworks, slide decks, recorded meetings, and in the heads of the three people everyone asks.
Turning that into learning is the expensive part. Designers spend days finding the teachable structure. Subject-matter experts spend hours checking whether the interpretation is right. Reviewers compare generated content against source documents line by line. And by the time the course is published, the source material has often moved on.
Knowledge goes in. Structured, reviewable, publishable learning comes out.
One source. An entire learning experience.
Kre8AI does not simply generate slides. It turns unstructured organisational knowledge into learning assets that can be understood, reviewed, governed and published.

A finished course. Not a mockup. Yours to use.
We used Kre8AI to build a free library of awareness courses. Start with POPIA — play it in the browser, take the SCORM after a short form — then browse the rest.

Standalone HTML export from Kre8AI. The same course ships as a SCORM 2004 package you can load and use. Get the free SCORM package.
Generating the content is not the difficult part. Knowing whether you can trust it is.
Generative AI produces convincing training material in seconds, and convincing is not the same as correct. A fluent course can carry subtle omissions, wrong interpretations, or statements your actual policy does not support.
Every claim has evidence
People make the decisions that matter
Every decision leaves a record
This is not a theoretical concern. Harvard researchers analysing GPT-4 logs from over seventy BCG consultants found that when people pushed back on the model and pointed out its errors, it did not disclose its limits. It apologised, corrected, then restated its original position with more supporting data. They called it persuasion bombing. A reviewer checking generated content in a chat window is doing exactly that, usually alone and against a deadline.
Citations exist so that verification has nothing to argue with. You check the source, not the model's account of the source.

Your instructional designers do not need another blank canvas. They need a first draft worth editing.
Kre8AI is not designed to replace instructional designers. It is designed to remove the work that prevents them from doing instructional design. Instead of spending hours reading source documents, extracting concepts, working out a structure and building slides from an empty screen, your team starts from an evidence-backed design.
They decide what matters. They reshape the learning journey, improve the scenarios and challenge the assessments. They make the course effective. Kre8AI handles the first-draft grind; your people supply the judgement.
From source to learning in eight steps.
A human decision at every point that matters. You are never handed a finished course and asked to trust it.
- 1
Source
Upload policies, SOPs, manuals, presentations, reference material and SME recordings. PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Markdown, text, and audio or video that we transcribe for you.
- 2
Understand
Kre8AI analyses the material, identifies the audience and scope, and flags what is missing or ambiguous before it commits to anything.
- 3
Design
Learning objectives, instructional strategy and a full course structure are proposed with visible reasoning, ahead of any content being written.
- 4
Refine
Change the structure, reorder concepts, adjust depth and decide what the course should actually teach. Revise the outline conversationally or rewrite it outright.
- 5
Create
Generate lessons, scenarios, activities, assessments, imagery, narration and avatar video from the approved design.
- 6
Review
Inspect every claim against its source. Edit directly, or regenerate a single component without disturbing the rest.
- 7
Approve
Route modules to SMEs, instructional designers, compliance teams or clients for formal sign-off. External reviewers join by magic link with no account.
- 8
Publish
Deploy as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 4th edition, xAPI, cmi5 or standalone HTML, with completion certificates and pass marks configured.
Start with course creation. Then make the knowledge work harder.
Once organisational knowledge has been structured and grounded, the same knowledge powers more than a course. Creating the course is the first thing you do with it rather than the last.
AI learning coach (available today)
An assistant that answers a learner's questions about the course they are taking, grounded in the same approved source material rather than in unrestricted model knowledge. Growth and Scale; per-course toggle; off on quizzes and final assessment by default.
Adaptive assessment (knowledge layer)
Questions and scenarios generated against a learner's role, progress and demonstrated understanding rather than fixed for everyone.
Knowledge gap detection (knowledge layer)
Surfacing the concepts learners consistently struggle with, and where material is missing entirely.
Change detection on sources (knowledge layer)
When a policy document changes, identifying which learning assets are affected instead of you rebuilding the course to be safe.
Learning intelligence (available today)
Reporting beyond completion statistics: what people ask the coach, what they misunderstand, and where organisational knowledge is not reaching them.
The course stops being a destination and becomes an interface to the knowledge behind it.
One knowledge layer. Every learning channel.
You do not need another LMS. Create and govern learning in Kre8AI, then deliver it through the platforms your organisation already runs.
Connect Kre8AI directly to the platform you run, or exchange a standards-compliant package. The package route is what keeps your content portable if you ever leave us, which is why it stays a first-class option rather than a fallback.
Create once. Govern once. Deliver everywhere.

QCTO in South Africa. Regulatory change everywhere.
In South Africa the pressure is dated and concrete. Legacy SETA enrolments closed on 30 June 2026. Only QCTO occupational qualifications now attract SETA funding and full B-BBEE recognition; legacy qualifications fall to Category F, where 25% of the course fee is claimable for a Black South African delegate instead of 100%. Narrow transitional extensions exist for some pre-2009 qualifications — they are not a blanket reprieve. Accredited providers and corporate L&D teams are converting large volumes of existing curriculum and workplace training into current, fundable learning under that clock.
That same pattern is global. When legislation, regulators or industry codes change — privacy, conduct, health and safety, financial services, occupational standards — organisations have to rebuild the training that sits behind them. The source documents move. The courses do not, until someone does the conversion work. Kre8AI is built for that work: turn the updated policy, qualification or procedure into governed learning without starting from a blank slide every time the law does.
What four governance courses cost, three ways.
4 standard 25-screen governance courses a year. 233% ROI versus a mid-market agency; 70% lower development cost than that band, and 49% lower than an internal team with authoring licences.
