Kre8AI
Enterprise

Custom credits, onboarding, and a real pilot course.

Enterprise is for teams that need custom credit volume, commercial terms, or hands-on onboarding. We build your first course with you on your documents — then provision the workspace to match.

What happens

  1. 1

    Scoping call, 30 minutes

You show us the source material and tell us which course is causing the most pain. We tell you honestly whether Kre8AI is the right fit for it.

If it is not a fit, we say so on this call rather than three weeks in.

  2. 2

    We provision your workspace

Your own isolated organisation with pilot credits, your team invited, your brand loaded.

  3. 3

You build the course, we sit with you

Your instructional designer drives. We are on the call. Most pilots have a first full draft within a day.

  4. 4

    You review, approve and export

Through your real approval chain, into your real LMS.

The exchange

What you get, and what we ask for

A pilot only works if both sides put something real into it. Here is the deal, stated plainly.

You get
We ask
An isolated workspace with pilot credits
One real source document set, not a sample
Onboarding and live build sessions
A named instructional designer or L&D owner
One finished, exportable course
A reviewer who can approve content
A SCORM package tested in your LMS
30 minutes for a wrap-up and a decision

Prefer to try the product yourself first? Starter, Growth and Scale include a 14-day self-serve trial. Enterprise workspaces are still set up with you because the volume and terms are custom. Read how we handle your data.

Before you ask

Pilot questions we get every week

Is the pilot free?
Pilot terms are agreed on the scoping call, because they depend on the scope of the course you want to build. We will tell you the cost, if any, before you commit to anything.
How long does it take?
Two weeks from provisioning to an exported course, assuming your reviewer is available. Most teams have a first full draft within a day of starting.
What if we decide not to continue?
You keep the exported course. It is yours, it runs in your LMS as a standard SCORM package, and it does not stop working when the pilot ends.
Can we start a self-serve trial instead?
Yes — Starter, Growth and Scale include a 14-day trial with 25 credits. Enterprise is for custom volume and commercial terms, so we still provision those workspaces with you.
Who needs to be involved from our side?
One instructional designer or L&D owner who will do the building, and one reviewer who can approve content. Anyone else is optional.
