We sell an AI product to people who are accountable for what their training says. That only works if we are specific about what the AI does, what it does not do, and where a human is required.
In the product
What AI generates
Kre8AI drafts course outlines, slide copy, narration scripts, imagery, scenarios, interactive activities and assessment questions. It also transcribes audio and video you upload, and produces presenter avatar video where you choose to use it.
What it generates from
Generated content is retrieved from the documents and media you upload. Each slide records the source it was written from, the page range or timestamp, the excerpt, and a confidence score. The system is built to write from your material rather than from the model’s general knowledge, and where your sources do not support a point, the correct outcome is that the point is not made.
This reduces invention. It does not eliminate it. Generative models can still produce text that misreads a source, and the citation exists precisely so a person can check.
What a human must do
A person approves the outline before generation begins, edits what needs editing, and approves every module before the course can be published. Publishing is blocked until review is complete. Kre8AI is not designed to produce training that reaches a learner without a human having approved it, and we do not recommend using it that way.
Who is accountable for the content
You are. The audit trail records who approved what and when, which is the record you produce when someone asks. Our position is that AI drafted it and your people decided it, and the product is built so that this is literally true rather than a form of words.
Customer content
Material you upload is processed only to provide the service. Isolation, retention and our POPIA position are on the security page.
In our own marketing
Disclosure
Where we publish content that was substantially generated by AI, we say so on that content. We do not present AI-generated imagery as a photograph of real people, real customers or real premises.
Claims
We do not market a capability that is not built. Where a feature is partially implemented we describe what it actually does rather than what it will eventually do, and roadmap items are described as roadmap.
Testimonials and case studies
Quotes are real, attributed and used with permission. Results we cite are results a named customer agreed we could cite. We do not synthesise a representative customer.
