Build AI courses for SynrgiseLearn

Kre8AI is built by SynrgiseLearn, so this is the shortest path in the list. Turn your policies and manuals into a reviewed course, export it, and add it to a SynrgiseLearn course as a learning object.

SynrgiseLearn reads: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 4th edition, xAPI, cmi5 and standalone HTML.
Step one

Build the course, then export it

The course is built from your own documents and cannot be published until a person has approved it. What you end up with is a single zip file.

    Finish review and approve every module

    Publishing stays locked until each module is approved. That is deliberate: the export is the point where the course stops being a draft, and the audit trail records who approved what and when.

    Choose your package format

    SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 4th edition, xAPI, cmi5, or a standalone HTML file that runs with no platform at all.

    Download the zip

    One file, containing the course, its media, the manifest your LMS reads and the tracking bridge that reports progress back.

    Do not unzip it and do not rezip the extracted folder. An LMS reads the manifest at the root of the archive, and rezipping usually buries it one directory down.

Which format for SynrgiseLearn

SCORM 1.2 unless you need the sequencing and richer completion states of SCORM 2004. It is the most forgiving format and reports everything most training teams report on.

xAPI and cmi5 ship as packaging. The player wires the SCORM tracking bridge rather than streaming live statements to an LRS, so if your reporting depends on a live statement flow, raise it before you start.

Step two

Import it into SynrgiseLearn

The same package works in every platform that reads SCORM. These are the steps in SynrgiseLearn's own vocabulary.

    Open the SynrgiseLearn course you want it in

    Either an existing course or a new one. The Kre8AI export becomes one learning object inside it, so you can put it alongside material you already have rather than replacing the course.

    Add a learning object

    Add a learning object to the course, the same way you would add any other piece of content.

    Choose SCORM as the type

    Pick SCORM for the learning object type rather than a document or a link.

    Import the zip

    Upload the package you downloaded from Kre8AI. SynrgiseLearn reads the manifest, unpacks the course and wires the tracking.

Which source document and page each statement came from, the excerpt behind it, a confidence score, who approved each module and every AI-assisted action. An LMS proves somebody completed training. This proves the training was right.

Before you roll it out

What catches people out in SynrgiseLearn

It sits beside your existing material

A Kre8AI course is one learning object, not a whole course structure. Mixing it with existing modules, assessments and instructor-led sessions is the normal case rather than a workaround.

Regenerating means re-importing

When the source policy changes and you rebuild the course, you export again and replace the learning object. Learner records attach to the object, so plan replacements the way you would for any SCORM update.

The audit trail stays in Kre8AI

SynrgiseLearn reports who completed the course. Who approved the content, which source page each claim came from and what the AI did is recorded in Kre8AI, which is the record an auditor actually asks for.

Do I need Kre8AI and SynrgiseLearn to be connected for this?
No. The package route works with nothing configured between them: you download a zip from one and upload it to the other. Direct publishing removes that step, but the export is always available and is what keeps your content portable.
Does Kre8AI replace SynrgiseLearn?
No. Kre8AI is where a course is built, reviewed and approved. SynrgiseLearn is where it is delivered to learners and where completion is recorded. They do different jobs.
