We built the tool we wanted while doing this work by hand.
Kre8AI is a SynrgiseLearn product. It exists because building compliance training from policy documents is slow, repetitive and unusually consequential to get wrong, and because the generic AI answer to that problem produces content nobody can defend.
Four positions that shape the product
The draft is cheap. The verification is not.
Generative authoring moves the work rather than removing it. We build for the reviewer, because that is where the remaining cost sits, and pretending otherwise would make the tool worse.
A person decides, always.
We do not build toward training that reaches a learner without a human approving it. The approval gate is not a setting we expect people to turn off.
Built here, priced here.
We price in rands, we know what a SETA is, and we are in the same time zone as our customers. That should not be a differentiator, and yet.
Say what it does, not what it will do.
Our own claims register separates what is built from what is planned, and it governs this website. Where something is on the roadmap, we label it.
Where Kre8AI comes from
Kre8AI is built by SynrgiseLearn, a South African learning technology company. The LMS came first. Course authoring is what we kept doing by hand for the same customers, so we built a product for it.
SynrgiseLearn started in 2017 as a Learning Management Systems provider, on the back of more than twenty years of leadership experience in learning technology. We are based in South Africa and are a Level 2 BBBEE contributor. The LMS is still the core business: highly customisable learning, talent and performance systems for organisations that need something larger platforms will not bend for.
The team behind that work — designers, software developers and IT support — is the same organisation building Kre8AI. Partnerships with Microsoft and Masterskill sit alongside the product work; Kre8AI is how we author courses that then run on SynrgiseLearn and other LMS platforms.
Aspiration, not a record of what the product does today.
To become the industry standard that others are measured by.
To impact at least 100 million users by 2030.
People you will actually deal with
Clients work with named people, not a ticket queue. These are the SynrgiseLearn faces most buyers meet on a pilot or ongoing account.

What to expect
Starter, Growth and Scale start with a 14-day self-serve trial and 25 credits. You create an account, confirm a payment method, and billing starts after those 14 days unless you cancel. Each organisation still gets isolated data and storage — signup just does not wait on us to provision you by hand.
Enterprise is different: custom credit volume, commercial terms, and a sales-led pilot where we build your first course with you on your documents. If it is not a good fit we say so on the scoping call rather than three weeks in.
Start free trial, book an enterprise pilot, or read how we handle your data first.
