Written for the workplace, not for the statute book alone
Fatalities still start with a chair and a ceiling tile. This course is for everyone so they do not improvise, and so they stop others who would. It is not fall-arrest training, ladder-inspection competency, or Construction Regulations competence for at-height workers.
Learners get everyday examples: warehouse racking, loading bays, changing a lamp, a mezzanine gate left open. Supervisors get stop-work as an expected behaviour, not a personality clash.
