Written for the workplace, not for the statute book alone
Most “physical security” decks are photos of turnstiles. Failures are social: holding the door, a visitor who “knows someone on two”, a badge left on a café table. This course is those habits.
Learners get a script for challenge that does not require them to be security officers: walk with the person to reception. Reception and facilities get the same vocabulary so instructions don’t conflict.
Critical-infrastructure sites should add the CIPA title. Clean-desk is a sibling, not a duplicate. Never include real camera layouts in a public library course.
