About this course

Written for the workplace, not for the statute book alone

Compulsory OHSA training is often a slide deck nobody finishes. This course is designed as assignable awareness: duties, hazards, reporting, and emergencies — with room for you to ground examples in your own sites once you upload your policy pack into Kre8AI.

Supervisors need a clearer picture of what they must escalate and what they must not ignore. Employees need language for near misses that does not sound like blame. Both groups need to know where the emergency plan lives and who the health and safety representatives are.

It is not a substitute for accredited skills programmes, first-aid certification, or site-specific induction that law or your insurer requires. Use it as the organisation-wide layer, then add role-specific modules for plant, construction, or driving.

Publish as SCORM or HTML. Review against your own procedures before making it mandatory. The optional course coach can reinforce procedures from your approved sources after learners complete the material, without inventing exit routes or PPE rules your policy never stated.

South African employers often need a common baseline for offices and sites that share one LMS. This course is that baseline. Add plant-specific or contractor modules afterward rather than forcing every role through a single overloaded deck. Re-export when your emergency plan or hazard register changes instead of leaving last year’s PDF in the LMS.
