Topics inside this course
Awareness and induction depth — not an accredited occupational qualification.
- Work can affect mental health; colleagues are not clinicians
- Listen, don’t diagnose; point to EAP
- Managers: workload, bullying, after incidents
- Crisis: emergency services, not the quiz
- Confidentiality of EAP; no forced disclosure
Built for the people who take the training
All employees; managers who need a first conversation and a referral path, not a clinical toolkit.
What learners leave able to do
- Start a supportive conversation without diagnosing
- Point colleagues to EAP and emergency services when needed
- Managers: watch workload, bullying and after-incident support
- Treat EAP as confidential and voluntary
Modules you can expect
Structure may tighten when you localise from your own source pack in Kre8AI — this is the shape of the library title.
- 1This is not therapy
Boundaries of the course.
- 2What you might notice
Strain, not a checklist diagnosis.
- 3How to talk
Listen; refer; don’t pry.
- 4If you manage people
Design of work, not amateur counselling.
- 5Crisis
Emergency services and EAP.
- 6Knowledge check
Assessment without personal disclosure items.
Scored assessment that must not require personal disclosure. Coach off. No content on methods of self-harm; crisis lines are placeholders for the customer’s country.
Written for the workplace, not for the statute book alone
Mental-health e-learning often either medicalises everyone or offers posters. This course stays in the workplace: notice strain, talk carefully, refer to EAP, call emergency services in a crisis, and do not force disclosure.
Managers get workload, bullying, and post-incident support as job design — not as a requirement to become counsellors. WHO and HSE public guidance supply the claims; your EAP guide supplies the number.
Fatigue remains a sibling course. Harassment and speak-up remain the path when the problem is another person’s conduct. This module does not teach self-harm methods and will not include graphic content.
Generate from WHO/HSE summaries and your EAP policy in Kre8AI. Localise crisis lines. Publish as SCORM or HTML. Keep assessment items about process, not about the learner’s health.
Assign organisation-wide. Re-export when the EAP provider changes. Review with HR before mandatory rollout.

Formats, coach and provenance
- Standalone HTML to play in the browser; SCORM 2004 for your LMS.
- Optional AI course coach on Growth and Scale — grounded in approved material; off on quizzes and final assessment by default. Course plays offline; coach needs a network.
- Built in Kre8AI and reviewed before we published it. Not a substitute for your organisation's own policy — review before you make it mandatory.
