About this course

Written for the workplace, not for the statute book alone

New managers are usually trained in the system and not in the job. This course is the job: climate, feedback, fairness, and the moment you must stop being informal and use a process.

It maps out to BCEA, labour-relations, harassment, mental health, and cybersecurity rather than swallowing them. The essential habit is knowing which door to open. Difficult conversations use public CCMA/ACAS guidance, labelled by jurisdiction where needed.

Proprietary psychometric models stay out unless your handbook already licenses them. Generate from the handbook and those public sheets in Kre8AI so your performance cycle names are real.

Publish as SCORM or HTML. Longer duration is expected; keep modules practical. Pair with the discipline intro before someone chairs a hearing.

Assign when people are appointed or acting. Re-export when the performance process changes. Keep the coach inside the handbook.

  • CCMA / ACAS public sheets on managing people and difficult conversations
  • Map to BCEA, LRA, harassment and mental-health titles rather than reprinting them
