- Company resources, conflicts and gifts at staff level
- Speak-up without waiting for the integrated report
- How this sits beside PRECCA and whistleblowing modules

Built for the people who take the training
Employees in South African organisations that claim King IV-aligned governance, including unlisted companies that still run a code of ethics.
What learners leave able to do
- Connect everyday choices to the organisation’s ethical culture
- Apply the code of ethics to resources, conflicts and speak-up
- Recognise that governance is not only a board pack
- Complete an assessment suitable for annual ethics evidence
Modules you can expect
Structure may tighten when you localise from your own source pack in Kre8AI — this is the shape of the library title.
- 1Culture is not a poster
What King IV is asking organisations to demonstrate.
- 2Your code of ethics
Rules that already apply at your desk.
- 3Grey areas
Conflicts, gifts and “everyone does it”.
- 4Speak up
Channels that actually exist.
- 5Knowledge check
Scored assessment for ethics evidence.
Scored assessment for staff. Not a governing-body programme. Do not paste King IV report text into the course.
Written for the workplace, not for the statute book alone
King IV is often treated as a directors’ document. Staff still create the culture the report describes. This course translates ethical culture, good performance and legitimacy into workplace habits — using your code of ethics as the source of rules, and public King IV descriptions as context only.
Learners see how using a customer list for a side hustle, or staying silent about a supplier kickback, is a governance failure rather than a private lifestyle choice. Managers see that tone from the middle matters as much as tone from the top.
We do not reproduce the King IV Report. If your legal team has a licensed extract, use it. Otherwise build from IoDSA’s public overview plus your signed code. That is also how you stay on the right side of copyright.
Generate in Kre8AI from those sources so examples match your speak-up channel. Publish as SCORM or HTML. Pair with ethics and anti-bribery, gifts, conflicts and whistleblowing titles rather than duplicating them.
Listed companies often need evidence that staff saw the code, not only that the integrated report mentioned culture. An LMS completion record closes that gap without a full-day workshop.

What you would upload in Kre8AI
King IV overview for staff, code of ethics
- IoDSA public overview of King IV (not the purchased report)

- Speak-up and conflicts policies
Formats, coach and provenance
- Standalone HTML to play in the browser; SCORM 2004 for your LMS.
- Optional AI course coach on Growth and Scale — grounded in approved material; off on quizzes and final assessment by default. Course plays offline; coach needs a network.
- Built in Kre8AI and reviewed before we published it. Not a substitute for your organisation's own policy — review before you make it mandatory.
