Written for the workplace, not for the statute book alone
ISO awareness courses fail when they quote clause numbers nobody can use on a shift. This module is staff behaviour: current procedure, current form, raise the non-conformance, don’t hide the customer complaint.
Document control is taught as “don’t use the printed copy in the drawer”. Calibration and records get a light touch only for roles that meet them. Internal auditors need a different course.
We do not paste ISO 9001. Public ISO.org language plus your quality policy is enough to ground the claims. If someone puts the purchased standard in the upload pack, take it out.
