Classification schemes die when nobody knows the labels or when everything is marked confidential. This short course is the staff layer: the table, how to mark, where it may go, and what to do when unsure.
Personal information is called out so POPIA/GDPR doesn’t sit in a different mental box from “confidential”. Vendor sharing and clean-desk are siblings for handling rules this course should not swallow.
National-security marking schemes stay out unless the customer is that sector. ISO 27001 Annex A is not pasted. Generate from your classification standard and NCSC/NPSA staff guidance in Kre8AI.
Publish as SCORM or HTML. The library demo must show a clearly labelled sample table so customers know to replace it. Re-export when labels change.
