Topics inside this course
Awareness and induction depth — not an accredited occupational qualification.
- Everyday respect; jokes and exclusion
- Grounds the organisation recognises
- Reasonable accommodation as “ask HR”
- Meetings, socials and remote chat are in scope
- How this sits beside the harassment course
Built for the people who take the training
All employees and managers; a companion to harassment training, not a replacement for it.
What learners leave able to do
- Apply everyday respect in meetings, chat and social events
- Recognise exclusion and “jokes” that land as discrimination
- Ask HR about reasonable accommodation instead of amateur medical advice
- Use speak-up or harassment processes when behaviour crosses the line
Modules you can expect
Structure may tighten when you localise from your own source pack in Kre8AI — this is the shape of the library title.
- 1Respect is the job
Inclusion as behaviour, not a slogan.
- 2Grounds and jokes
What the EEA already prohibits.
- 3Meetings and chat
Who speaks, who is copied, who is left out.
- 4Accommodation
Ask HR; don’t diagnose.
- 5When it is harassment
Switch process; don’t dilute it here.
- 6Knowledge check
Scored assessment.
Scored assessment. Not a substitute for the sexual-harassment / Harassment Code course. Avoid imported culture-war curricula.
Written for the workplace, not for the statute book alone
Inclusion courses fail when they import another country’s culture war, or when they repeat the harassment module with softer adjectives. This one is workplace behaviour: respect, exclusion, grounds your policy and the EEA already name, reasonable accommodation as a process.
Remote chat and after-work events are in scope because that is where exclusion often lives. Managers get meeting habits (who is invited, who is interrupted) as part of the job, not as optional niceness.
Harassment, including sexual harassment, stays in its own title so this course does not dilute reporting. Generate from your dignity policy and EEA extracts in Kre8AI. Label any ACAS material as UK guidance if you use it for global flavour.
Publish as SCORM or HTML. Keep the coach off sensitive quiz items. Re-export when the dignity policy changes.
Assign organisation-wide. Pair with harassment, HIV workplace, and manager essentials rather than building one mega-module.

What you would upload in Kre8AI
Diversity / inclusion / dignity policy
- Your dignity / diversity / inclusion policy
- EEA prohibited grounds and Harassment Code (ZA overlay)
- ILO Convention 111 public summary and/or ACAS equality guidance labelled as foreign law where used
Formats, coach and provenance
- Standalone HTML to play in the browser; SCORM 2004 for your LMS.
- Optional AI course coach on Growth and Scale — grounded in approved material; off on quizzes and final assessment by default. Course plays offline; coach needs a network.
- Built in Kre8AI and reviewed before we published it. Not a substitute for your organisation's own policy — review before you make it mandatory.
