FICA training is often either too legal for frontline staff or too thin for regulators. This course aims at the middle: why the rules exist, what staff must notice, and how to escalate without tipping off a client.
Onboarding teams need CDD habits they can apply under time pressure. Finance needs to recognise unusual payment patterns. Everyone needs to know that tipping-off is not “being helpful” and that suspicions travel through named channels, not group chat.
It is awareness training, not a substitute for your accountable institution’s formal compliance programme or board reporting. Build it from your own procedures so product names, thresholds and escalation matrices match reality — including who is on call after hours.
