  • Managers: stop celebrating presenteeism and unsafe hours
  • Find EAP without this course pretending to be therapy

Modules you can expect

Structure may tighten when you localise from your own source pack in Kre8AI — this is the shape of the library title.

  1. 1
    Tired is unsafe

    Incidents, not heroics.

  2. 2
    What drives fatigue

    Hours, commute, second jobs, illness.

  3. 3
    Speak up

How to report unfit for work.

  4. 4
    If you roster people

    Presenteeism is a control failure.

  5. 5
    Knowledge check

    Scored assessment.

Scored assessment. Not diagnosis of sleep disorders. Pair with mental-health-at-work rather than merging the two.

About this course

Written for the workplace, not for the statute book alone

Fatigue training is often folded into a vague wellness slide. This course keeps a safety frame: tired people crash cars, miss lock-out steps, and drop loads. Caffeine is not a listed control.

Staff get permission to report unfit for work. Managers get a warning that celebrating all-nighters is how you write the next incident report. Shift work is covered only as far as your policy goes; localise rosters when you generate.

Mental health is pointed to a sibling course so this one stays fatigue-first. Driving-for-work is the other sibling for people whose workplace is a vehicle.

Generate from HSE fatigue guidance and your EAP/fatigue policy in Kre8AI. Export as SCORM or HTML. Keep medical claims inside official sources.

Assign to shift-heavy operations annually. Re-export when roster rules or EAP providers change.

Formats, coach and provenance

  • Standalone HTML to play in the browser; SCORM 2004 for your LMS.
  • Optional AI course coach on Growth and Scale — grounded in approved material; off on quizzes and final assessment by default. Course plays offline; coach needs a network.
  • Built in Kre8AI and reviewed before we published it. Not a substitute for your organisation's own policy — review before you make it mandatory.
