Critical-infrastructure training is useless if it is classified, and dangerous if it teaches people the site’s real weak points. This course stays unclassified: access, tailgating, photography, reporting, contractors.
Staff learn that holding a door for someone without a badge is not politeness on these sites. Social media from the control room is not a personality. Contractors are in scope because attackers do not distinguish payroll.
The Critical Infrastructure Protection Act is summarised at awareness level. Foreign protective-security guidance may inform behaviour examples but is not taught as South African law.
