Contractor incidents often start with “they’ve been here for years” and no induction. This course is the host’s baseline: access, PPE, permits, emergencies, stop-work, no photos. Site numbers and maps stay placeholders until you generate from a real pack.
Hosts learn that waving someone through because the job is urgent is how s37 conversations start. Contractors learn that their home-company rules do not override the site.
It is not competence for scaffolding, confined space, or hot work. Those remain certificated. Pair with working-at-height, fire, and hazardous-substances titles as pointers.
